1. Registration Process

Note: Your Registration Number corresponds to the Receipt Number of your initial payment. Please reference this number in all future communications.

2. Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

  • Attend all sessions regularly and punctually
  • Enrollment valid for 6 months from registration
  • Complete course within the 6-month period

Re-enrollment Policy

Re-enrollment Fee

If you discontinue and resume after 6 months: AED 250

Resumption Schedule

Classes resume no sooner than 2 weeks after request

Automatic Cancellation

Missing 3 consecutive sessions without notice results in enrollment cancellation with no refund

Important: Cancellations must be communicated at least 1 day in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are NOT PERMITTED after attending 4 sessions.
